It was a task as the door was fitted pre 2000 and any parts were no longer to be found in Britain. I cannot praise Softview enough. They found the part, thank you Lisa, and fitted it days later after it arrived from Germany. The fitter was very friendly, efficient and polite. We had our Windows(9 off), Fascias, Soffits & Guttering fitted with Softview. We were very impressed with the quality of supplied product. The Softview representatives offered us non pressure offer. We were given a price and left with decision to us without wasting our time with long speeches which competitive companies gave us. They gave the most competitive quote that we had received without the aggravation.
We were offered very short lead time (3-4 weeks). The fitters (Tony and Barry) arrived at 8 am and worked very hard for 2.5 days (one day working in rain). They were very friendly and professional. Our home was left tidy and we must say the difference it has made to our property in both appearance and warmth is amazing. Thank you Softview I will be recommending you to anyone that asks in future
