Another Quality Installation by Softview. Our Client is over the moon with the progress being made to convert two windows into a bi-folding door bringing the outdoors in. Thank you to our wonderful client for giving us the authorisation to share their transformation.
BEFORE:
Our installers removed the soldier course and used accrow props to support the structural load of the house. Then removing the concrete lintels to the two windows and fit a catnic solid wall lintel. We then re-used the brick work below to form a soldier course on the front facing lintel as you can see on the photograph. Then proceeded to remove the windows and brickwork between the openings to form a structural opening of 2.340mm x 2.364mm. Ready for a smart Aluminum Visofold 1000 Bi-fold Door.
Meanwhile our Plumber removed and re-sited our clients radiator.
AFTER:
To conform to Softview high standards of installation we formed internal plaster reveals according to Building control and fitted hard wood internal threshold. Our client was ecstatic with the ultra modern contemporary look.
